The Microsoft Education tool in Canvas allows faculty to link to files in their Yale OneDrive account and share them safely / securely with their students.
- In the Course Navigation menu for a course, select the Settings option.
- On the settings page, select the Navigation tab across the top.
- In the list of Disabled tools, find the Microsoft Education tool. Drag and drop the tool or click the menu icon to the right-right of the tool's name and select to Enable the tool.
- Once enabled, select Save at the bottom of the page. Reload the page you will find the Microsoft Education tool now in the Course Navigation menu.
