How do I create folders in my course "Files" area?
By Default, you are given 500 MB of space within your Canvas course. For any reason you feel you need more space, please email email@example.com and we are happy to assist you.
In Course Navigation, click the Files link.
Click the "+ Folder" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Enter Folder Name
Under the files list, a text entry field will appear.
- Type in the name of your folder.
- Click the "Enter" or "Return" key on your keyboard.
Your new folder will now appear in your files list. On this screen, you can drag and drop files into the folder.
